Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act came into force at the beginning of 2005. It deals with access to official information, while parallel regulations deal with environmental information.

The Act provides individuals or organisations with the right to request information held by a public authority. They can do this by letter or email. A fee may be charged on some occasions.

Palmer's College is committed to making information about the College and its work available to the public and will make every effort to supply additional information to individuals when routinely published information does not provide the information they need.

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 you are allowed to ask the College to provide you with any information it holds. For example, you may wish to see the minutes of a particular meeting, or obtain standard information about student numbers.
