FITNESS CLASSES & COURSES

We offer a wide range of fitness classes at Palmer’s from beginners to advance.  All non members are required to pay an additional £1.00 admission fee.  To attend classes, users must be aged 16 and above.

Zamba starting 27th July 7.30pm-8.25pm
Wednesday  
Legs- Bums-Tums 7.00pm-8.00pm
Thursday  
Legs-Bums-Tums 6.30pm-7.30pm
Bounce Beginners 7.30pm-8.30pm
   

PILATES COURSE

 

  • Matt Pilates - for beginners, intermediate and advanced.  Pilates is a gentle exercise with the primary focus on the spine, breathing techniques, core strength and flexibility

Adult members £4.00 per class
