FITNESS CLASSES & COURSES

We offer a wide range of fitness classes at Palmer’s from beginners to advance. To attend classes, users must be aged 16 and above, and members may book a week in advance. Non-members can book three days in advance with payment, or on the day of the class over the telephone.

Adult members £4.30 per class
Non-members £6.30

Or why not take advantage of one of our Direct Fitness Class cards? For just £29 per month you can take advantage of FREE centre membership and unlimited classes!

PILATES COURSE   

Stott Pilates - for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Pilates is a gentle exercise with the primary focus on the spine, breathing techniques, core strength and flexibility. The is a six-week course held on Mondays from 7-8pm and 8-9pm, and must be booked and paid for in advance.

 

YOGA COURSE

Yoga cates for everyone regadless of age, sex or abiity and offers a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit
