AS (Advanced Subsidiary) and A (Advanced) level qualifications focus on traditional study skills. They normally take two years to complete.
You can choose from a wide range of academic subjects, as well as some ‘applied’ (work-related) subjects.
Many people use AS and A-levels to go on to Higher Education, but they’re also useful if you want to go straight into
employment.
If you do not have a grade C in Maths or English, the College will expect you to re-sit these.
